传统中医实习心得【通用】

传统中医，很多人很奇怪，这是什么科室，一般医院似乎好像都没这个科室的。是的，好像只有在我们医院才有。虽然省人是中医院，但其实基本上已经西化了吧。为了保留，或者说是特色，或者说是应付检查，设立了这么个科室，治疗疾病时，保留中医传统特色，辨证论治。确实，在这里感受到了比在其他任何一个科室都要浓郁的中医氛围，也只有在这里有这种氛围吧。这里的病人在治疗上首选是中药治疗，不得不承认，主任开得方是在是好，很多西医无法诊断的疾病，在这里都得到很好的解决。但也不得不否认，传统病房给我感觉，像是个养老院，很多老人常年累月住在这里不肯走，有些是绝症患者，在这里等待那个day。。。

这三周，真的是很好的休息了下，实在是太闲了，跟之前的科室打仗似的工作状态比起来。我跟的这个带教因为一些个人的原因这几周都没有收病人，我就只好守着手上这两三个少的可怜的病人。还好其他组的老师有收病人，可以学习学习。在这里，闲也有闲的好处，赶上专业认证的关口，N多的考试和培训，正好趁这三周好好看了看书，充实了下理论基础。其实我们一直在抱怨说考试太多，培训太多，还让不让我们好好实习？其实仔细想一下，这样也很好，理论知识的强化对上临床的我们是很有必要的，此外，我们还有很多临床技能方面的培训，突然觉得自己能在这里实习，是多么幸运，不能再这么一次次的应付，应该认真对待！

这个科室实习结束，就意味我要正式开始大内科的轮转了。后面的安排是呼吸内科，心内科，肾内科，内分泌科，过年，消化内科，神经内科，急诊科。真正充实忙碌，真正要认真学习的时候来了，终于要来了。前两天心内科的病例讨论，着实让我着急了一把，对于那个讨论的病例，我是如此的一头雾水，太久没看西内了，什么心梗、心绞痛，稳定型不稳定型，诊断鉴别诊断，评级等，居然一窍不通，真的真的觉得好难过，觉得自己要学习的东西真的还好多好多。。。一定要好好认真的血，不喜欢那种一无所知，不知所措的感觉。
