Should We Give Children Material Rewards?(必备)”,欢迎阅读,希望你能喜欢!

With the improvement of material life level, more and more parents are tending to give their children material rewards. For instance, if children get a good mark in the exam, they might get an ipad or something expensive. When it comes to this topic, different people have different views. Some people think this policy is bad for children, others hold the opposite views. I think it has advantages and disadvantages.

In the first place, there is no doubt if parents promise child that they will get the things they want after they are doing good in the exam, children will try their best or every make a breakthrough in study. However, this reward policy might let them have a false consciousness, which the child might think if they are good at something they are certainly get rewarded. They will be frustrated when they don’t have rewards when they go to work in the future, which happens frequently.

In the second place, it is child’s obligation to have a good remark on their study, if there is a reward exists, their parents had already get them, the tuition. Child can go to school to receive education due to parents’ money, they should learn as hard as they can, but not thinking too much about the rewards. A reward could stimulate the learning desires, but material reward is not necessary, a trip to zoo, picnic, and fairground is enough for child.

All in all, parents should give children more mental rewards, instead of material rewards. Let the children know what real point of their studying is, and have a thankful heart to study hard.

Should We Encourage Rural Children to go to University?

Recently, an opinion from a representative of NPC &CPPCC has aroused a heated discussion all over the country. He said we should not encourage rural children to go to university, because almost all of them will not go back to their hometown. As to this opinion, I can’t see an eye to eye to it, I have several reasons to support my view.

In the first place, going to university is an excellent way to receive higher education, which is very important for one’s scholarly attainments. Many people think Society University is much better than regular university, for people could learn actually things that they can use in society after they graduated from university. However, this society’s job opportunity is a big fan of a higher degree employee.

In the second place, as the representatives says, children who go to university randomly go back to hometown, hence, they should not go to university. If all the children do what the representatives said, they don’t go to university, just stay in hometown, doing the things like their ancestors. What a disaster, the country never develops in this way. A country only develops with new knowledge. Besides, not all of the students didn’t want to go back to hometown, they just want to make more money to offer their parents a better life.

On the whole, we can’t encourage rural children not to university just because they might not go back to hometown after they graduated. We should encourage them to go to university to receive higher education, it is for them and the country’s own good.

Whether Should Children be Allowed to Bring Cell phones to School【精】

Recently, there was a heated discussion over children's education. The question under debate is that whether children should be allowed to bring cell phones to school. When asked about this, options are divided. For the supporters, they think that they can keep in touch with their kids so that they can exactly know what happens to them. And if there is anything bad occurs they could give their kids guidance at the first time.

When my eyes caught this topic, my mind began its search for the better one. Although cell phones have played an increasing important role in our common life, which brings us a lot of benefits, I do not think it's wise to allow our kids to bring cell phones. First of all, the cell phones equipped with many entertainments will become a time-killer. Kids will spend their precious time in playing games instead of studying. And then what's worse, there may also be phenomenon of life comparison among children which will do great harm to them. Last but equally important is that radiations from mobile phone which may have a detrimental effect on children's body health.

Taking all these into consideration, we can reach the conclusion easily that children should not be allowed to bring cell phones to school.

Should the Secrets Behind Magic be Disclosed?(收藏)

With a fascination with magic forcenturies, there is a heated debate about the disclosure of magic recently. Some people thirst for the revelation of the magic secrets so that they mayobtain some of the know-how and perform some magic on their own. They believethat the trend of revealing magic secrets is irresistible. But I don’t see eyeto eye with them and I insist that the secrets behind the magic should not bedisclosed.

I have two reasons to supportmy view. In the first place, the audience is fascinated with the magic becausethey like the feeling of being kept in suspense. If the secrets behind themagic are known to them, they would fell that the magic is nothing but a pettytrick and the magicians are ridiculous clowns rather than demigods. In thesecond place, magic requiring laborious hours and considerable money are whatthe magicians live on, so revealing the magic secrets will result in a detriment to the interest of the magicians. The magicians couldnot perform the magic that happen to be known to the audience and therefore, they have less chance to earn money.

To sum up, the secrets behind magic shouldnot be revealed with both of the audience and the magicians taken into account.

Should we pay our parents for their babysitting?【推荐】

It seems so normal that parents will take care of their children’s children in China. We can see a large crowd of grandparents standing in front of kindergarten to pick up their grandchildren. It seems that taking care of grandchildren has become grandparents’ obligation. They should do it for free. However, now this concept has changed, some people said that parents should get the payment for their babysitting, because they are old and babysitting is a heavy work; while others think that parents should do it for free. In my point of view, I agree with the former one.

In the first place, parents’ duty and obligation is to raising their children until they have reached an adult age, but not still raising their children’s children. There is no doubt that raising a kid to adult is a difficult thing. It requires a lot of love and money. In China, most parents give the child university tuition and living expenses. They want their kid could focus on learning. Some parents even spend money for their child to find a good job which is secure. Our parents had already done so many things for us without any return. It would be a shame to ask parents to look after our children for free in their age.

In the second place, someone argue that the days are tougher than before, we should not give extra pressure to young couples. It is true that the competition is fierce than before, but think about it, parents must had been through a more difficult period to raising a child in the old age, for every conditions of life are in a low level. They give their best for their children, and when they are old, they still do the same thing for their grandchild. I think it is reasonable to pay them back.

To sum up, parents deserve better in later life, even most parents are volunteer to do babysitting, young people should show some responds, they could pay them back with money, if it will increase the economic burden, then they could share the babysitting with them and love them more.

How the Parents Influence Children

Many parents believe that it is the school’s duty to educate children well, so when they find their children making mistakes, they blame the school for not fulfilling the educational job well. In fact, the children learn much from their parents instead of school. Many parents haven’t realized how they influenced their kids.

As the saying that children are the mirrors of parents, which shows the important role of family education. There is no doubt that children stay with their parents for a long time, so they get to know the world from parents at first. The way the elder acts and talks will be imitated by the young, so parents should not keep away from the responsibility when the kids make mistakes.

As the great influence that children receive from the elder, so it is parents’ duty to set the good example for the small. They should never act rudely in front of the children. If the kids make mistakes, it is their duty to correct it immediately. Both family education and school education matter, but the former is often ignored.

Should Science and arts Education be Separated?

A recent survey shows that different peoplehold different attitudes towards whether science and arts education should beseparated. Some people favor the division between science and liberal arts. They believe that such practice not only provides more focused education butalso lightens students’ academic burden. I don’t think so and I insist thatscience and arts education shouldn’t be divided.

I have several reasons tosupport my view. First of all, science and arts are integral parts of thequality education. Students must learn both of them to gain an all-rounddevelopment. In addition, there’s no direct connection between students’ studyload and the number of subjects they have to learn. More often than not, it isthe existing educational policy and system that make students feel stressed anddepressed. Finally, it is a fact beyond all disputes that being forced to makea choice between science and arts, more students will lose interests in theirstudies.

From the foregoing, we can safely draw aconclusion that science and arts education shouldn’t be separated from eachother.
