大家好!

我叫谭顺国，时间过的真快转眼就到衡山四个月了。今天，我有幸在这里向各位汇报几个月来的村官生活，心情万分激动!这里面有酸有甜有汗水也有迷茫。

憧憬着对农村那种特殊的感情，20xx年5月25日，我参加了湖南省组织部的选聘优秀大学毕业生到村任职考试，经过层层选拔，很荣幸成为一名大学生村官，并依我的志愿来到衡山担任村官。现就任于开云镇龙泉村村书记助理，新的工作、新的环境，对我来说又是一次新的考验。自己的心情是既兴奋，又紧张。喜的是自己即将去农村工作，为建设社会主义新农村奉献自己的一份力量，忧的是自己去了能否适应，能否胜任，能否顺利的开展工作。在上岗之前，我决心自己在调整磨合中不断地适应着农村工作，在与村委会其他工作人员以及村民的广泛接触中逐渐地熟悉了村情，而自己也逐渐地对这份工作充满了乐观和自信，相信是金子在哪里都会发光

一、勤学苦干得民心

20xx年8月，我来到了白泥村。刚到村时，村民们曾用怀疑的眼神看着我，这个小伙子到我们村干啥?上了大学不在城里呆着跑回村里图啥?是来镀金的吧!听到这些话，着实让带着理想，怀着信心的我有种失落和茫然的感觉。面对怀疑的目光，我在村里要干些什么?我能为村里干些什么?我在村里又将怎样干?三个why在我心中久久萦绕，一时毫无头睹，甚至连自己都曾怀疑过，我放弃教育事业，投身基层新农村建设，到底对还是不对?那时的我真的想背着包袱马上走掉!但经过几个月的工作，当初的那份执着与坚信慢慢地又回来了。

我所在的龙泉村是开云镇现在唯一的新农村建设点，共有九个村民小组，192户，813人。刚到村时，为了尽快熟悉环境，熟悉工作，我翻出资料了解龙泉村的基本情况，一有机会就跟着村书记，干部们下村，知道了除龙泉外，九龙，印山，青凤都在哪儿，了解村容村貌以及村民。几个月来，我参与了村上所有的村务工作。从参与三清五改到落实农村合作医疗保险以及造林工作;到在实践中领悟到建设新农村的必要性和关注三农问题的重要性。

秋收之际，我还经常帮助村民收割晚稻，好多人都说：没想到小书记还能干这个，看来大学生还不仅仅是个秀才。

二、坚持三勤、三到的工作作风

对于刚刚走出大学校园的学生来说，农村是一个几乎完全陌生的环境，农村工作也是一个全新的工作领域，没有经验可以借鉴，只有坚持三勤三到，不断地摸索干好工作的道路，不断地总结工作得失，才能够成为一名合格的农村工作者。

首先，眼睛勤快，事情要看到。村副主任是一名村委会工作人员。对于日常问题的处理，除了村主任的开班授课外，更多的需要自己用心观察。如：对于村中经常出现的私搭乱建问题，如何对村民进行劝阻，引用什么样的政策来说明其行为是不合法的。事情看到还要求我们对农村的各项政策方针，规定条例要熟悉，这使得我们在向村民解释有关问题是做到有规可依，有法可循，体现了工作的权威性，提高了工作效率。

其次，嘴要勤快，事情要问到。农村不同于城市社区，全村是一家人是其典型特点。这使得我们不能简单的就事论事，要多问主任，多问村委会其他工作人员相关背景，避免因为过于简单的工作作风而造成问题难以解决。

再次，手要勤快，事情要干到。语言上的巨人，行动上的矮子是行不通的，农村是最基层的组织，基层干部所作的也是最具体、最细致的工作。多做事，多帮忙，是打开工作局面的唯一钥匙。无论是协助村委调节村民矛盾，处理村务，还是协助主任编写资料，整理档案，甚至于打扫卫生等，我们都应该认真对待，漂亮的完成。只有把工作做细致，干漂亮才能够真正体现出大学生的素质。工作有分工，但没有严格的界限，这不是你分管的事就没有义务去做，这样的观点是错误的，不论干什么都是给自己干，那将是自己最宝贵的经验和人生阅历。

我在村里工作，但是县组织部考虑我生活上的便利问题，便把我们安排在镇里食宿。有空时便跟着乡里领导们下村里，慰问贫困户、补种树苗、给大棚上棉莲等。每次特感谢领导们下乡工作能带我，给了我许多见识新事物、学习的机会。

三、目前还存在的的问题和不足

在取得一定成绩的同时，我也能看到自身还存在一些问题和不足。

一是创新能力还不够，不能充分发挥自己在村中的作用，主要表现在领导布置什么就做什么，没有自己创造性的建议和工作方法，因此工作就显的比较被动。

二是身上还存在学生气，社会历练远远不够。由于走出学校没多久，对社会的认识还很片面，遇到事情考虑还不够全面，书生意气有待收敛。

三是还缺少工作亮点。农村工作说难也难，说简单也简单，每天平平庸庸的干一些琐事，一晃几年也就过去了。像我们这些大学生村官是应该为农村解决一些实际问题，切切实实为农民做一些好事。

这就是我三个月来的工作情况，我始终认为，做为一名大学生村官，既然来到基层，就要有为百姓办实事的信心，从不懈怠，时刻告诫自己要始终把工作摆在首位，把加快农村发展，致富百姓做为头等大事。我想不管遇到什么挫折，只要心中信仰是坚定的、精神状态是积极向上的，同时在镇里帮助和村委的支持下，就一定能够克服任何困难，去实现既定的奋斗目标。真正为新农村建设添砖加瓦，为龙泉村的发展做出应有的贡献。
