那么，今天需不需要设立国家公祭日?答案是肯定的。如果说过去因敬天敬地敬祖先而创造的祭祀文化，反映了一个文明的成熟，那么今天是否会忘记历史，也在考验一个民族是否成熟。

其三，日本近年来的这些行为，不仅让中日关系降至冰点，还对世界反法西斯战争的正义性、对二战后形成的国际政治和安全体系构成了潜在威胁。
