I currently study A-Levels in Media, Film Studies and English Language. I believe these have taught me many transferable skills as well as providing me with a strong understanding of marketing principles. In Media Studies, I have learnt about marketing strategies used by key media industries and have developed my own marketing campaign to accompany my practical production of a film trailer/music video. In FIlm Studies I have learnt about a variety of marketing strategies used in the film industry from utilising digital technologies for viral campaigns to how marketing can help British film survive in the shadow of Hollywood to how marketing can be used to help create success for foreign films. English Language has taught me about the power of words and has helped hone my ability to use language in a clear and effective manner, which is useful in order to create successful marketing campaigns that appeal to the target audience. Graphic Design is always around us, and learning how to communicate in a visual manner has inspired me to learn more about the subject. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Graphic Design team where I was able to see how various software’s were used to develop banners for the university fair.

During my placement I learnt how fundamental research is and how it is conducted during the whole design process. After the placement I was more decisive about wanting to delve into the world of Graphic Design, hence I set about finding a work placement that solely focused on Graphic Design. My second placement was at Virgin Media, where I worked with graphic designers and UX designers and was introduced to the field of digital design. I attended meetings where briefs were being discussed and was able to follow the journey of the graphic designers to witness how they went about delivering the brief; and helping design assets for the website. The placement allowed me to comprehend what digital design consisted of and learn about the works of alternative designers such as UX designers. My enthusiasm for Graphic Design made me want to expand my knowledge, hence I took a Graphic Design course at Central Saint Martins. The course was completely different to my professional work placements. The course prohibited the use of computers and all artefacts were formulated from research trips and materials; making me realise the extent of graphic design. After the course I was able to understand that there are various methods of communicating which do not involve software. In my free time I self-teach myself Photoshop and Illustrator through tutorials. 到了硕士阶段的申请，GPA至少要有3.5分;有些学校还会要求学生出示自己在本科阶段的学术论文或者研究成果，这部分都是成品，大家如果有存档的话，直接打印并且公证即可。

三、芬兰硕士学位分类

1.Degree Student

在芬兰硕士留学中，这是比较正常普通的硕士生身份。需要学生通过入学考试后，从新生开始进入为期五年的硕士课程。和芬兰当地的学生待遇相同。申请这个课程的学生，需要大四在读或者已经获得学士学位。在正式考取后，可以将学位转换为学分，而不用从大一读起。

2.Guest Student/Free Move

3.IMP Student

1. 年龄：美国大学预科对于年龄的限制是16周岁，但是也有很多大的学校是没有年龄限制的。

A large part of my Music course involves in-depth analysis of harmony and motific development, providing me both with mathematical skills and the ability to meticulously interrogate detail. This can be applied to all areas of your course, for example analysing the results of an experiment or evaluating the flaws in a set study. Performance Studies has given me the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills, as well as valuable experiences in group work, which combined with my studies in Music has further developed my creativity.

There are many things I enjoy outside of Psychology; the biggest of these is performing.
